Appalling service ? avoid at all costs
Wickes completely failed to deliver the service they promise. What was sold as a ?premium? bathroom installation turned into a nightmare of delays, errors, and incompetence. I was misled about costs, left with missing parts, and forced to resolve problems myself while being passed between departments with zero accountability. Designs were inaccurate, essentials were omitted, and I was unhappy with the final result. Their compensation offer was insulting considering the disruption and stress I went through. Wickes is disorganised, misleading, and utterly unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

Wickes Plymouth is my go-to spot when I need DIY supplies. The store is well-organized, so finding what I need is easy, and the staff is always friendly and willing to help out, especially when I?m not sure what tool or material I need. Prices are reasonable, and they often have good deals?especially if you?ve got their trade card. That said, their delivery service can be hit or miss. I had a bit of a frustrating experience with a bulk order once, but overall, it?s still a solid place for DIY projects.

Super friendly and helpful staff - they're absolutely brilliant and really human - especially Adrian and Bethany from the bathroom showroom.
The store would be 5 stars, but the elusive mismatch between the online sore/stock and the physical store is rather frustrating.

Ordered a Heritage kitchen from Wickes after being informed by two members of staff, including the salesman that the units were 'ready made'.
On arrival they were flat packed. Delivery persons told me this was the case for all Heritage kitchens that people pay extra for. Disappointed that the units I had paid extra for are flat packed and the staff have not told the truth. A mail has been sent to the company.
Do not fall for their sales tactics that are untrue.
