Surely if a new account starts with you and you?ve promised that it will be delivered one week later next prescription still waiting won?t answer the phone heart medication diabetic medication and Looney Tunes medication. It was promised last week it was promised this week it was also promised to be delivered.

Well pharmacy in Plympton chaddlewood deserves 5 stars.Have been there many times and find the staff helpful, and knowledgeable. The pharmacist I saw today was exemplary , and an absolute credit to his profession.
Keep up the good work, many people give bad reviews, but often take good practice forgranted!

When your actually in the chemist the staff are helpful but trying to ring this place any day a different times and nobody bothers answering the phone, how are elderly and disabled people supposed to enquire about repeat prescriptions etc if no one picks up the phone, SORT IT OUT

Drs said prescription sent Wed, tried to collect fri - no prescription surgery assured me the prescription was sent Thursday, tried mon they found the prescription! But item not held. Come in Tuesday can't find prescription! 5 mins hunting found it, item still not held (i suspect they forgot to order it) tried today Wed, again have to hunt for prescription 15min wait they only have one of the two items!!! I live out on dartmoor 20mins away and will not give up 4 hours just to collect a simple prescription.
I suspect this pharmacy is overwhelmed!

Friday, 5th April 2024, just stood for an hour in a queue to the door, utter chaos, still no prescriptions done after a week of calling, turned away on a Friday without medications. After years of using them, now looking for another chemist. There was fury from so many people and it isn't safe to use them like this.

While visiting today to collect my medication, myself & another customer witnessed absolutely disgusting behaviour towards an elderly gentleman by a member of staff !! The poor man was clearly confused & instead of trying to speak to the poor gentleman calmly she insisted well if you?ve used this chemist for so many years then surely you should know how we work !! How do you know the poor guy didn?t have dementia!! Some people are definitely in the wrong job !! Disgusting behaviour

Wanted to say extremely happy with this pharmacy and the lady's working. Got prescribed a prescription from my doctor and couldn't get hold of what I needed for my ear infection anywhere. Every pharmacy I was ringing was so unhelpful and had none in stock anywhere. They said they couldn't order what I needed either. And Bearing in mind I live in roborough so I rang this pharmacy in plympton and the lovely lady I spoke to ordered it without a problem and I picked up the next day. Thank you ?

Called in with a script for an antibiotic and all dispensed in under 2 minutes.
