Please fire the Indian lady behind the counter she?s such a rude doctor to her staff and the clients. I have a three months baby. I came in with an eye infection asking for some eyedrops and she refused to give it to me because she didn?t see any symptoms, but I had a full on red eye and I didn?t want to pass infection on to my baby, absolutely disgusting behaviour!!!

Under too much pressure obviously, not getting prescriptions ready after having script for well over a week, claiming that a script will expire after a month and need reissuing, hanging up call seconds after answering multiple times in a row. Have now changed pharmacy.

Excellent service in the pharmacy itself but owing to the pressure they are under they don?t appear to ever answer the ?phone which means a long walk to the shop to get an answer to a simple query on medication.

When you are prescribed medication by your GP as you are unwell to find Well closed at 5:30, opening hours state 6pm. Used to be a good normal branch these days it?s all over the place.

Website says you're open. Came up for a prescription at 3pm and you are closed. I knew you shut for lunch from 1 to 2pm. Now I'm stuck until Monday. This prescription was supposed to start Saturday pm.

Yes they are busy,understaffed probably,but they are going their best.Abuse is not needed or exceptable.The surgery phone my order through yesterday as my wife meds had run out,collect this afternoon.THAT IS WHAT I CALL SERVICE.
