The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Constantly out of stock, constantly late with deliveries and to top it all off they have lied numerous times to my face about prescriptions for my daughter....example today....you have not had a prescription from here since November 2024.....well I don't know what 3 month supply we picked up from here in January 2025 then....really poor service!

Always found the local pharmacy very helpful, polite and friendly. There are times when they are very busy, a customers loos patience with the staff, but they have always remained calm and respectful.

The staff in the Chemist are usually really good, however i have found on several occasion's, the Pharmacist can be very rude and arrogant. On more than 1 occasion I have openly heard the Pharmacist talking about Customers in a negative way who are collecting medications. Where is the ?confidentiality? ??.i will be forwarding a complaint to Head Office.

It?s bad enough that they?re so poorly stocked in necessary medications but the staff show no interest or care and don?t offer to contact you when meds are restocked. I have serious chronic pain from severe trauma and while being rung up I said ow due to a stabbing pain. The brunette behind the counter snickered as if my pain was amusing to her. Unethical and unprofessional. Sad to see people in healthcare treating patients with such disregard.

Pharmacist is so rude and unhelpful, I called to ask a question about my medication and she tells me to just read the leaflet and figure it out for myself, even though I explained the information was not on the leaflet. Made me so uncomfortable and made me feel bad about even calling.

Disgustingly rude and obnoxious. Not my usual pharmacy thankfully, if that?s the way you treat customers. Bearing in mind your there to care, give help and advice I would say you?re in the wrong jobs.

Friendly, polite and very helpful considering the strain on pharmacies these days. I've never had a problem with the service that they offer. 10/10 from me.
