Booked an appointment online for a flu jab. Got there to be told the pharmacist isn't trained to do private ones only NHS ones as if theres a differnce in admistiring a jab. Wasted visit. Should have been notified before.

We were not receiving text message to say medication was ready, they have cancelled this service.. but had they told anyone.. NO. The young lady serving expecting me to know this ! When here colleague tried to tell her that customers didn't know she was rude to her. The young lady treated me as if I was stupid. Other people came in with the same problem whilst I was there, concluding that I wasn't the only one unaware.

Never answers the phone,yet when you go into the pharmacy staff moan that it?s so busy?.That?s because most of the people visiting only have inquiries that would been answered on the phone?Staff are miserable?Terrible service!

Have been trying to call since Thursday and just constantly rings . Try again then engaged try again constantly rings and so on and so on now today same thing 5 times now says number not recognised

Quite literally the worst chemist I have ever had to deal with they?re only open Monday to Friday and no late night openings, don?t always let you know when a prescription is ready to collect , they hardly ever pick up the phone when you try to call them to see if it?s ready and sometimes when you do get through they can sometimes be quite rude on the phone to you if I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would don?t use it.

I have called over 8 times, over the space of 2 hours and no one botheres to answer the phone! This is often the case with this pharmacy. Really poor communication access.
