This is the worse pharmacy I have ever used .meds never there on time . When I first used them they were really gd and friendly but since they keep changing pharmacist and staff come right downhill used to be able to go in there and the staff used to know me but now he?s getting used to the new staff. I ain?t know nothing and I need my MEDS every day. I?ve had to go without my meds nearly a week because of this pharmacy.

This is my local pharmacy , although it?s not my usual, they are diabolical, have been trying to get a hold of them for nearly 3 hours, 100+ calls and nothing, keeps getting cut off, I wouldn?t have rung that many if it wasn?t important, but simply would suggest they may aswell just leave the store and just take the day off if they haven?t already

The place is a lot better with Will as the pharmacist. But it's a shame they've not worked out how to answer the phone yet.The place can be empty and they'll still ignore the phone.

The prices here are a total rip off. Wanted some OTC co-codamol and paid nearly a fiver, when I can get them in a closer pharmacy for less than a couple of quid. Same strength and amount, over twice the price! Also had to wait for about 15 mins just to be served. Definitely won't be coming here again.

This has to be the worst Pharmacy in the area. If not Plymouth! Mostly late and very often has items missing. I received a call from my Practice Nurse on a Tues. to say I couldn?t have my pneumonia jab, because I was on strong Antibiotics & need 6 clear days from completion of course. When I said I wasn?t on them, as still waiting for them, she said the prescription was sent the prev. Friday as urgent. I called the shop 6 times in a row, before each call timed out. When it was ans?d. I was told that some items were on the shelf, but had to wait for others which came in today.When I collected the prescription, I asked the pharmacist if it had been waiting long, I was told, ?no, just a couple of days.?When I got home, in a box marked 8 tablets there was a cut strip of 2 & another of 4?!!!Now, either someone is not telling the whole truth, or just downright lying.Oh! And after I got home, had a msg. to say my prescription was ready for collection. Unbelievable!

Never answer phone. Mum's tablets never delivered, always having to come up for them after saying they will be on delivery .. Worst chemist!!!! My mum is out of her medication, not good
