Incredible difference since Raul took over! No long wait now when prescription sent over from surgery, texts sent as soon as its ready for collection and no queues when collecting!! Raul is so helpful and have consulted him for info etc regarding medications! Excellent service, always cheerful ..and what's more remembers your name!! Young ladies behind the counter too provide excellent customer service!!

This pharmacy has been transformed since Raul and his team have taken over it has now become a warm welcoming friendly place i no longer dread going to they are fantastic with my sen child also nothing is ever too much trouble for them they go above and beyond I now never have to go without meds as always ready when I need them hope this pharmacy gets pharmacy of the year as they deserve this

Amazing pharmacy and Raul is the best pharmacist in Plymouth?efficient and very caring..used to go to Claremont when Raul was there until it closed as it was a boots..,once he took over the stoke one I moved to them straight away..wouldn?t go anywhere else..The best pharmacy in Plymouth
