Had Chinese from here a few times but last time food was cold and made us sick so didn't order for a while then thought ok give it another go but didn't even turn up hour after delivery time tried to call but nobody answered the phone shocking service definitely won't be buying from there again

Iv just had the very worst service iv ever received it was sausage chips and nuggets and chips after an hour I was told drivers on way 30min later I received stone cold food in soaking wet paper bags as it had been sat in a carrier bag for an hour kids wer starving and wen I rang back he told me he would come collect it and if it was all their replace it ? never ever again abysmal

Ordered sliced beef and mushrooms. Awful. The beef was like shoe leather. Incredibly hard to chew. Don't bother with that recipe.

Food absolutely a no no from me chips very soggy the sweet and sour sauce literally had no flavour at all and the chicken balls were like rubber and very greasy only postive was the delivery was pretty quick but the food was very poor

£40 spent and no free crackers, food was cold and pretty bland to be honest. Crispy shredded beef had a jerk flavour to it, and too much vinegar. Prices keep going up though. NYE order.

The manager/workers here are rude. Estimated arrival was still a 2 hour wait and still they managed to be an hour late, cold and forgetting half of our order. It was soggy and cold. Not only that we found hair in the rice and when we rang up he refused to give any sort of refund, we said a small refund as we appreciate they still made it and they were rude down the phone and refused to even listen to us saying that we are the only ones to ever complain about it being cold and late yet if you look at other reviews, they all say it. He hung up on us after being rude and kept our £50 and now my boyfriend woke up feeling very ill. Don't reccomend at all.

Absolutely vile. Rude workers. Food arrived an hour after it was meant too so waited a total of 3 and a half hours to only be missing the chicken balls and it all came cold. Don't order from here.

Worst experience with a takeaway ever, food arrived an hour later than agreed, had to ring twice to find out where it was. Don't agree a time if you know you are never going make it! When arrived, the food was luke warm and congealed, squashed chips, most of it went in the bin and what we did eat ended up coming back up a couple of hours later when my husband was sick, the delivery driver was miserable and threw the bag at us on the doorstep, all in all a terrible experience, won't be coming back.

We were really hungry and were very impressed with the size of chip portions also the quality was great.Fish was good, slightly heavy batter.Very reasonable prices, we will return!PS: Glad to see to that the Cold stream and Grenadier guards are in their rightful positions in the order of battle, protecting the flanks of the Welsh, Irish and Scots guards.?
