Mark at the Plymouth branch has been absolutely brilliant assisting us with our transfer for our house purchase. I went in a couple of weeks ago as (being a first time buyer) I had lots of queries and worries regarding the process. He was incredibly patient and reassuring, answering all of my questions and giving me lots of other information which was a huge help. We went in today to complete the transfer and were lucky enough to have him assist us again. He was very helpful and informative throughout. At one point there was a slight delay (not his or TSB?s fault) and he was, again, very reassuring and engaging. He really is a credit to TSB!

Today I needed to put some money into my account. So I decided to use the paying in machine. I had the cash in my hand, ready to place in the drawer, so I inserted my card, then keyed in my number. The drawer opened, as I placed in my cash, it slammed down, almost trapping my hand, alongside trapping my cash. I informed the male member of staff, and he said that I will have to go to the cashier, as he will have to open the machine from the back. The cashier firmly told me that there was nothing wrong with the machine, and it gave adequate time in which to place in the cash. She even accused me of having a bit of a moment, and spoke to me as if I were a naughty five year old. As the male member of staff opened the front of the machine, he also gave hint that it was my fault in front of fellow customers. This is not the first time this machine has been faulty. Maybe if staff knew how to maintain this thing, along side learning interpersonal skills with the customers, using the bank would be much easier.

I needed to re mortgage with TSB due to a seperation. Contacting TSB i was refered to the local branch and Adam Rivett in Plymouth TSB. The service from Adam was amazing over a long and complicated process Adam constantly kept in contact and ensured all of TSB's part was completed within hours of being set. Very efficiant and professional Adam knew what he was doing and was very informative of his actions. Thank you so much.

I came into TSB in a bit of a pickle today. Unfortunately I managed to lose my bank card and I was in a position where I was under financial pressure. Caitlyn on the front desk was helpful, informative and eager to help. The manage Steve assisted in the matter and with their help I managed to find an easy stress-free resolution. A top team who are willing to listen, understand and support their customers needs. I could not be more thankful for their help today. 5/5!

Though seemingly smaller than other bank branches, TSB Plymouth City Centre branch has provided much better service than any other I have used. In particular, Sharon Pengelly is a friendly and expert source of advice. The help she gave me was exactly what I had been looking for and I don't bestow compliments lightly. I do research other institutions carefully but TSB just had the edge and the products that suited me; I am very happy with my choice and would recommend the team at TSB Plymouth.

I had an appointment at TSB armada way Plymouth with Sharon Pengelly to discuss my bank accounts. Sharon was so helpful, friendly, polite and full of answers. Worked me through everything I wanted to know. Full of information and very wise with questions I needed to be answered in a very professional and honest way. If it was out of 10 Sharon would score 15 so helpful. On top of the ball and first class so friendly not rushing me out the door as most banks do. Thank you Sharon you deserve a bonus.

Bank somewhere else. The positive, the bank it is quiet compared with others. They gave me a credit card with 0 interest 18 month. After a few month they cancel the 0 and i had to pay interest. Today i had some money taken out of my account, some payments and i went to the bank. You cannot sort out this in the branch you have to call a number. I had the some problem with lloyds and they sorted in the branch. 30 minutes later sitting in my car still waiting for somebody to answer the phone.
