Had to buy some DIY equipments, I don't know much about DIY, Ian at the front desk even though very busy was extremely helpful. Chris W in the warehouse area helped loads loading & etc, wonderful service. I'm regular here now ??

I can?t praise the team at Travis Perkins Plymouth (Sutton Road) enough! From start to finish, their communication, customer service, and professionalism have been top-notch. We are completing a garden redesign -and account manager Adam has always been incredibly knowledgeable, always going the extra mile to ensure we get exactly what we need. Nick has also been supportive and helpful with our delivery timings as has been Simon & Jonathan, who handle the actual kerbside unloading - they were both fantastic!?nothing is ever too much trouble, which is so reassuring to us when delivering to a residential location.
We have communication had communication from others in the Sutton road team too and they are all very, very helpful- which as a family we feel is a real credit to the industry, and definatley setting the standard for excellent service. If you?re looking for a reliable, professional, and friendly supplier, look no further than Travis Perkins Plymouth. Highly recommended!

I was treated very poorly at the Travis Perkins on Sutton Rd. The store in Saltash is just the opposite, very helpful people there. I won't be returning to the St. Johns store on Sutton Rd however.

Great customer services. Wish I had started to use them three years ago when I started the house renavting. Shane travis brilliant, was able to help me out and get the order quickly, he called when stated and the items arrived first thing in the morning
Thanks Shane and the team ?? delivery driver asked me and confirmed where to place everything for safety first and ease of getting to the hosue still. All round great business

This was not very nice place to go! Bad parking, rude members of staff outside in the yard area. Thought they were there to help you, not helpful at all. I will never go back to this place again.
