Most of the staff are really friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately if you have queries they are completely uncontactable. Their call centre is an absolute joke.
I was 20 on the queue only minutes after they open. Clearly lots of problems and lots of customers needing SERVICE.
Quick enough to take the money as is usual with these big companies. But very very slow to take responsibilty.

Always great service and friendly knowledgeable staff. Orders always correct when ordering online for click and collect, no issues when having to return unused or faulty items when required.
Items always plentiful and when they are not available they will always be next day delivery so never an issue with anything.
This really is a 4.5 rating, it would be 5 star but the coffee machine vanished during covid and never returned.
Maybe we will see it again some day.

No matter where in the U.K I?ve lived Toolstation staff are more like friend?s than just a place to grab the best kit at the best prices ? and Plymouth?s Valley Road Toolstation store is no different ? great staff who are knowledgeable helpful and happy ? especially Sean ??? thanks for the giggles and support man ???
There is lots of free parking ? and out front in the street there?s even a *mobile snack bar with hot and cold food/drinks ??????? ? So you can grab a Toolstation bargain and then a snack!!!
(*The snack bar is not affiliated to Toolstation obviously ???) ? Toolstation never disappoints ? thank you for many years of great service ??

I Always try to find what I need at Toolstation before anywhere else,If they have what I need it always tends to be a little less expensive,Staff are always cheerful, professional & helpful.

Had forgot my high vi's trousers and would have been late if I turned around and went home so ordered online at 6am before store opening times ( which was 7am) by 5 past 7 had a email and text saying my order was ready to pick up, and well it the quick service saved me from being late to work.
