“I was towed into Kwik fit Plymouth by the rac and I'm a motability customer. Well what can I say about the guys a quick fit? Absolutely! Spot on is the only way to describe them. I was welcomed and kept informed throughout the whole process and when it turned out that I had more damage than was expected, they organized a taxi cab to get me home and also one for the next day to bring me back . Cannot praise these guys enough spot on x”
“Booked my car in online for MOT as my normal garage were fully booked and they recommended ETB. It failed and needed a few things doing. Arranged to pick up Saturday am unless by chance they had time to finish Friday pm. When I asked roughly how much it would be was quoted 300ish which I assumed wasn't including vat and mot cost. I phoned lunchtime today Friday and the Manager said I could collect by 5pm. I eas delighted and even more so when I went to pay 275 complete. Talk about under promise and over achieve. Definitely recommend and will use again. Excellent and friendly customer service. *****”
