Quite some time ago but still worth a review. Took a link out of my watch which was ok but when I asked to make a slight adjustment to the other side of the clasp he fobbed he off wouldn?t do it !

They don't call Matt the wizard for no reason. Magical customer service and fixed my car key at a fraction of the dealer price. Highly recommend!!

Extremely quick service although slightly annoyed?was asked if I wished one key to be cut at £9.00 or two for £13.50, I stated one. However upon paying (contactless payment, whilst the member of staff kept hold of the machine therefore couldn?t see what he entered) was actually charged £13.50 after reviewing my bank. Payed no intention to the receipt as obviously I stated ?one key? and you just assume / trust it was entered correctly.Never mind, decent guy and obviously (hopefully) a genuine mistake.

Using my daughters account. Matt from Timpson Transit way was highly recommended by other Timpson colleagues. He didn't disappoint, very friendly and extremely helpful, fixed my work bag to a very high standard. I would highly recommend him and this service. Thank you

I have to say I was totally disgusted with the attitude of the man at Timpsons Transit Way today. He lied to me and tried to get me to pay £25 for one key. He told me he was the only person in Plymouth who could cut it. When I told him that wasn't true as Cobblers and Keys could cut it. He said 'well go to them then'. I found this rude, unhelpful and poor customer service.

Very happy with the engraved wine glasses that Matt at the Transit Way Timpsons sorted for me. He called up the engraving department for me to help figure out how best to go about it and they arrived in about 7 days, beautifully boxed which I wasn't expecting! Very good value for money.
