From our arrival Jordan and Jake at the Plymouth store they have been amazing. We have had problems with our business contract since January. We have three times visited different stores, phoned the business helpline multiple times without any result. They listened to our difficulties, investigated all the issues. After a complicated mistake which others found impossible to solve, we have left the Plymouth store with a hub that works, Jake and Jordan should be recognised for their skills in customer service and knowledge. Visited the 3 store in drake circus today and had the privilege of being served by Jordan.
He was so helpful and polite as well knowledgeable.
You need to bottle him as he is a rare find.

Jake is fab, helpful and goes the extra mile to help you. He has the patience of a saint and is the only reason why I even go into the store.
Jennifer on the other hand, should NEVER be a manager or even in the shop, she?s rude, disrespectful and refuses to get off her backside to help anyone, her self importance is far more important than serving customers

Absolutely Shocking customer service provided by Three. All the call agents provide are lies after lies along with mis leading information. Demanding money from myself to pay my bill but they can not provide me with a bill via post or email. asboulte Joke of a company, Glad I left them after being a three customer for over 7 years cancelled both my phone contracts, however they are still tying me in on my broadband due to wanting a £496 payment to cancel early. Even though I have requested for my bill to be provided to me via post or email, the team can't even accomplish this. They just demand for the money to be paid, all I request is for evidence of this bill with an invoice being provided. which they cant help with. 6 months know with on going problems and no way of resolving the issues, just seems to be a complaint which they close themself then open back up again for a on going case. ABSOLUTE JOKE

I was served by Sam C, who I believe to be the best member of staff you've ever had. Very very helpful, nothing was too much trouble and I am extremely pleased with my new phone and the advice he gave me. 10 out of 10! Would recommend Sam C to absolutely anyone ?

Been here a few times and the Staff have been nothing short of amazing!
From help with devices, to new contracts, to moving networks the team here have been helpful, knowledge and offered deals/packages that are actually relevant without empty up selling.
Today alone the support in store saved me heaps and the sales Rep I had was a star! Would give more than five starts if I had the chance- great branch, great network

We had a great experience with this store. one of the agent Zac ,help us regarding our problems with simcard and acccount credit in which was never mention to us by other Three branches in Cornwall. Very honest person. He is a good asset of the team. Well done Zac!

I had a very bad experience at three store in drake centre where the sales person has issued me the device and sim but also a free sim by mentioning that the sim is free and after a month I started getting charges for that due to which I have tried speaking the manager at store who is even unhelpful and disregard the complaints mentioning to me to contact the three customer care and I contacted them wasting my time and speaking to them about my concern and they mentioned I need to contact the store where I got my advice.
I really doesn't appreciate the way they handle our complaints. It's really downplaying everytime and misguided customer for their own benefits which is truly unfair and misleading information to benefits which is totally unacceptable.
I have lost some money paying for the sim which I have not buy and still paying the charges on top of my device and the other sim which i feel is really a trap to supplement their sales up.

My husband and myself had the best experience I have ever had in the 3 store in Drake Circus. Storm went above and beyond to get us the best phones for the money we could afford. Also his colleague Jake assisting me with a work and personal profile.
Helpful 10 courteous 10 service 10+ nothing was to much trouble.
