We would absolutely recommend Russell at Hays Transit way ! Last year we contacted him to help us as we both hadn?t been on holiday for 10 years ! Since then we have booked 4 amazing holidays with Russell and he has been fabulous in handling every booking and helping us to make the right choice for us ! Russell has dedicated a lot of time to helping us make choices and providing recommendations based on his knowledge and experience but also based on the information we have given him on our needs. Russell has been very patient as we chopped and changed our minds at time and has very much focused on the importance of us having the right holidays for us ! Russell works hard to get the best deal based on our budget and we really appreciate that. Every booking has been smooth and stress free and every holiday has been amazing and exceeded our expectations. We will continue to book with Russell for many years to come ! Went for euros and was told different rates to that advertisement also told by city centre that transit way wS open at 10am byt told at transit wY its 11am as nit worth openings before.bit the sort if service we expected from Hays.
