I visited The Range just off Outland Road to find materials for Christmas wreath making. I purchased everything I needed from Oasis, wires and artificial decorations. Still a good selection despite a few days before Christmas. Thank you and Happy New Year to all the staff.

We live this store and use it as the time. Great staff, a huge array of products. I like this store far more than the larger HQ Store. It has most of the same products, but I'd not do big, brash and bright. Easy to get to, good parking and really helpful staff. Also the Disabled Parking is ideal............room for 8 cars.

Staff very efficient

Had a terrible customer service issue. Cashier rang up and item twice went back for a refund and it was my fault that I left the store and didnt check the receipt. Felt like a criminal. Proceed to issue refund even though it was potentially my own fault, quizzed my gender in the most peculiar way.
Submitted online complaint form no response after a week. Service 0/10

The shop is too crowded and it?s hard to find products because there is so much stuff and little space to get around.
