I had no communication for the delivery, it took them 2.5 weeks to deliver. I was told the furniture would be delivered to a room of my choice but instead I was left with 2 massive boxes with the combined weight of 70kg outside my front door the delivery men wouldn?t even help me in the front door due to policy of not being able to enter a property. 1/10 would not recommend having furniture delivered from the range will not be using them again!

Big retail business in Deriford area of Plymouth. Roomy and light, the store has something for everyone. A big range of products and good quality is guaranteed.It's worth visiting it.

This employer is truly awful. They display a blatant disregard for their employees' well-being and exploit them without any care.The management has a reprehensible habit of firing employees abruptly and without justification over trivial issues. Their hiring process is shockingly similar to a battle royale, where they hire people in excess without interviews, only to be gradually terminated one by one, often with no notice or termination procedures.The work culture within this location is nothing short of abhorrent. Employees are quick to throw each other under the bus in order to protect their own livelihood. It is an extremely cutthroat environment that lacks any form of support or collaboration.In my personal experience, I was subjected to a last-minute schedule change that forced me to abandon a prior commitment. Despite going above and beyond by showing up for work, because I had expressed my frustration about the poor time management in the breakroom, my colleagues immediately reported me to management for insubordination. As a result, I was terminated on the spot within the hour.Above all, the company conveniently "lost" my employment contract at least 3 times, leaving me without a formal P45 and without ever being paid for my time.I strongly advise avoiding this employer at all costs.

Rude staff. Very poor service. Would not replace goods l purchased and returned within one hour, as good could not be put back into original wrapping. Really. How do you get an expandable mattress back into its wrapping. Will never shop at the Range again.

The store itself is good but the cafe not so much. The portion of fries was toddler size & hardly any tuna in the sandwich. I will give the cafe a miss in future. No,I didn't say anything at the time because my daughter had just come out hospital & I didn't want her stressed.

Plenty of parking with undercover car park via a different entrance. Well laid out store with wide aisles. Cafe upstairs is a little limited but fine for snacks. Toilets upstairs also. There is also a, well stocked, Iceland in-store.

We order a sofa through the range, thinking as a large well-known brand. Not knowing the contract out the sofa manufacturering to a small unknown and incompetent partner in Birmingham. We had paid and booked a schedule delivery date for October weeks in advance, to be told after the delivery date that the manufacturer had a foam shortage but we should have the sofa soon. After chasing weekly, been on hold to the range call said every time for one hour plus, We finally received the sofa one week before Christmas.We were so shocked when the delivery came in an unmarked old dirty transit van by a guy that couldn?t speak English.After the sofa had been unpacked, expanded and settled, we realise there were too many cushions and all incorrect sizes. We complained to the range to be told we needed to now deal with the manufacturer!! They clearly had had there money and wanted nothing else to do with us the customer.After finally managing to reach Elleganza by in March, after calling daily to an unanswered phone and writing several complaint emails. we were told that the factory will come out to our premises and review the issues. We are now at the end of May and I?ve not heard anything from eleganza and the range are refusing to deal with our complaint, saying that it?s the manufacturer we need to go back to. Overall experience has been less than one out of five. I would never purchase a sofa with the range or eleganza again I would not recommend you do so either.

Just wanted to share my experience at The Range in Plymouth - Derriford. It's a really big store, well-kept, and super clean. I only had a quick visit while passing through, but I was impressed by how helpful the staff were in directing me to what I needed.The store has tons of parking, so you don't have to worry about finding a spot. I didn't have much time to explore during my visit, but I could tell that they have a wide variety of items to choose from. I'm definitely planning on going back on the next visit to the area.So, if you're ever in the area and need to pick up some stuff for your home, give The Range a try. I'm sure you'll have a great experience just like I did.

Wide variety of item sold here. The staff are happy and friendly plenty of stock I have never notice any empty shelves. Plenty of parking outside or under ground parking with foot escalaters taking you to the entrance.

Overall good. Sometimes a nightmare to find what you need, but the place is kept clean, tidy and well presented. Some really nice staff and some who clearly hate working there. A couple of the older women could do with some customer service training as they seem to have a chip on their shoulder. Working with the general public can be hard to endure, but I don?t expect a lack of manners or rudeness for no apparent reason. There is always a long queue and a few staff often hover around the customer service desk/checkout to have a chat with each other, rather than actually serve customers in order to reduce the queue. You will be lucky if you ever find more than 2 tills open, even if it?s really busy. Obviously customers wasting lots of time waiting to pay is not their priority when it comes to their customer service.

The range has a reasonable selection of products and prices are OK although many are comparable to other retailers - the range has 3 key strikes against it which given this is the global HQ store is not great!1- Layout - this is a reasonable sized store and it seems to ramble with fairly poor organisation - the upstairs area is frustrating with access at one end only despite several sets of stairs that could be opened to customer access2- Quality of goods - or perhaps more style of the goods on offer - light fittings are a great example here - if you want cheap looking fake chandeliers with plastic droplets hanging from everywhere they possibly can then you are in - if you want something a little more reserved and OK in my view, tasteful then it's a no go3- Checkout - there is a queue..... always it seems - the queue will be wherever the people in front decided it will be today - service needs to happen more quickly and the queue needs to be more organisedA masterclass in so near but so far

It isn?t Christmas now without a visit to the flagship Range store in Crownhill. Christmas starts in September there lol, but the lights are brilliant. Tonnes of choice, great wide parking spaces and lovely staff. Good value for money in the Iceland store within also.

Went in to look for a piece of furniture that matched with our others and found it!Arrangements were made to collect the next day, went down stairs and paid for the item and found the item was already there...So took it there and then with the help of a nice lad think his name was CameronGreat price and great serviceThey've got a good crew down there.Paul.

The Range. I love the range. The staff were lovely and everything seemed perfect. Until i went for a cuppa in Dee Dees cafe. Oh dear. For a store in Plymouth, Devon, why oh why are you advertising cream tea the Cornish way? You'll cause a civil war! Lol
