Visited The Perfect Sleep for the first time with the aim to purchase a new divan bed & mattress. We were greeted by Brian, the assistant manager, who showed us the beds & mattresses, which met our criteria. Brian was professional, knowledgeable & nothing was too much trouble. We finally purchased a bed & mattress from The Perfect Sleep. Great all-round experience. Would highly recommend.

I desperately needed a new mattress but really didn't want to spend a lot of money. It was also important to me to really know about the differences and what I would be paying for. I was recommended to try The Perfect Sleep on Exeter Street. Parking was easy behind the store and I was really impressed by the wide range of beds on display. Brian approached us and when I told him my price range he was happy to explain not only the differences between hybrids and traditional sprung but more details about what to look for and the type of support each mattress would provide. We were in there for quite some time. Brian was always available to answer queries but didn't hover over us or try to make a sale. We said we just wanted to try another store before making a decision. We spent just a couple of minutes in a competitor but soon returned, spent more time trying them out back at Perfect Sleep. Mark was then available to help us with the final choice and was extremely courteous in processing our order and arranging delivery and disposal of the old mattress. This was a great experience with all the information and time required to make an informed decision. Both guys were excellent and really knew their subject in depth. The recommendation made to me by my partner proved to be extremely worthwhile.

100% excellent. Answered my questions and gave me honest information rather than trying to push things on me. Gave me ample time and space to test different mattresses. Very, very pleased I came here; exactly what I was looking for.

Absolutely phenomenal service! Emma could not have been more helpful. Emergency mattress replacement and she sorted me out with a fantastic superking in a matter of hours, including delivery time. A real lifesaver! Thank you.

Recent bought a hybrid foam mattress for myself and then 2 double divans and new mattresses for my kids.So impressed with Brian and all staff really - very knowledgeable about products and the ranges available. Very friendly, efficient and helpful but never pushy. Nothing was too much trouble, even when we needed to amend our order. A very positive experience, highly recommend. (Delivery guys were very good also)too

We purchased our bed a few weeks ago and Mark couldn?t have been more helpful we haven?t received it yet but it is an updated one that we bought from Mark 7 years ago which is still excellent but is going in the room my grandson stays in and is delighted as he loves it thanks Mark for all your help so far looking forward to more good night sleeps
