The place is not the prettiest, you feel a little confined in this restaurant. The food was honest and reasonably priced with the menu. The service was okay.

Excellent food. The cod was particularly good. Good wine though the mark up is becoming more and more painful wherever you go. Good service not at all intrusive, staff let us get on and enjoy the evening. Restaurants seem to be much quieter in evenings.

Barbican Kitchen is one of the great restaurants in Plymouth that we do not hesitate to send our guests to, it has great food served in a great atmosphere. Definately worth a visit on your next trip to Plymouth! : )

Just had a really lovely dinner here. Whilst the menu didn?t look too inspiring, the quality and presentation of everything we had was superb. The service was excellent - friendly, knowledgeable and without any rushing. Would definitely recommend and will come back.
