Large store with plenty of stock but you have to fight tooth and nail to navigate around all the staff who are fulfilling click and collect orders.
3-4 trolleys blocking an aisle while staff chat away, then you have you be mindful as they swing the trolleys full speed round corners banging into your basket or trolley.
Makes the shopping experience so stressful

Left my credit card at the till, tried phoning lost property and after being diverted by a robotic system for a very very long process (AI) and then put through to a human, however the phone rang a few times and cut me off, tried three times and same again. Tesco have lost the customer experience and their way and not the cheapest to purchase your shopping. Off to M&S now, since great customer service and high quality food. Very disappointed

I would give 0 stars if I could. Shocking experience with Max on Customer Services regarding my misunderstanding of the 25% off wine offer. Rude and aggressive. At the time there were 6 of his colleagues stood around with apparently nothing else to do than listen in on customer conversations. The store is often overrun with staff chatting to each other about last nights 'experiences'. This store has been going downhill for a while now. I am off to Sainsburys, as I can't be bothered with the 'Tesco Extra' grief any longer.

Disgusting men?s toilets multiple times now I?ve entered to see yellow stained toilet paper on the floor and feces in blocked toilets. And don?t get me started on the smell, i gag whenever i enter.

There was this one rude male employee that really showed an attitude when I asked about my Pampers coupon not working at the cashier. He freely rolled his eyes and walked out while i am still waiting for my queries to be answered. He got this curly short wavy hair with blue eyed young man. He should not be assigned on whatever position he got. Feeling privileged and seemed like racist on the way he is answering me.

Jayne the security guard at tesco Roborough is a real treasure. Today after having a problem with the atm she came out and called the bank for me to help. I was so stressed as I was getting money for my father in law who is in hospital, her care and genuine concern was amazing. Awards for Jayne ?
