The food was fresh with an excellent choice of products and today's visit was a pleasant experience. I waited for the manned checkout for a short time before a young man rushed in to serve and help me. He asked if I wanted a bag and even packed it for me!
A smiley face also went a long way.

I will never shop there again. I was trying to pay for 1 vanilla cream crown and 1 maple and pecan plait on self service I was waiting for assistance then a security guard came and put his bare hand in the bag, took out the maple and pecan plait and put on the banging area and told me do then next item, he didn't even apologised.

Tesco express - MUTLEYShocking service , rude and miserable staff who make it appear you are disrupting their day when you ask to be served!!Coffee machine is never working , with the continued excuse it will be ready in 20 mins ( which has been the excuse for 3 days straight now)Staff have a contempt for some locals and no respect for the community that supports their jobs!!

The majority of the staff are lovely, so helpful and I can?t complain about them! However there are a couple of older women that really aren?t, these women are the only ones who are difficult in sending off Evri parcels, they tell me they can?t do it when actually it?s obvious they can, they just don?t know how to do it or can?t be bothered to be helped to do it (when the other staff say they can?t send them I do believe them as they are politer and are more skilled with customer service) this has happened on a few occasions now with these women which is starting to get really annoying, they have a bad attitude and tell me there is a sign outside saying this when there clearly isn?t a sign. If your not good with technology that?s fine, but either ask to be trained on it or ask for help from someone who does! Really sick of the attitude and being fobbed off when I have stuff to do, I don?t like my time being wasted.

Has most products you'd expect from a convenience store and the prices are a little higher than the bigger stores but you expect that too, but there are still some bargains especially if you have a loyalty card.

Every member of staff are lovely. But that blonde security woman who looks like a bulldog chewing a wasp just follows you around staring at you making you feel like you?ve stolen something all the time ? Won?t be going in there again, it?s not just the once it?s all the time. She made me empty my bag once which contained all products from a different shop ?

Good selection of products, security guard always present, great prices, and loads of great clubcard prices. Bakery is always well cooked. So far, I wasn?t disappointed with this Tesco shop. No paypoint, or other top up services present. So you cannot topup your electricity, or gas there.

I have never been so disappointed with this tescos on mutely, every single time I come to drop off Evri parcels I am told by the staff that they can?t do it or they aren?t trained . This morning I came in before work had to wait in a long queue before I was served with my digital label ready to send of parcels and the man at the counter turned me away and said sorry I can?t do it , now I am late to work because of this and it keeps happening . I am so upset! Please train your staff on the Evri system or just don?t offer this service ! My time has been completely wasted
