The team in customer service Emma and Bev really go out of their way for amazing customer service. My car broke down this morning at 11am. They charged up my portable jumper pack. Advised me on possible places to buy things to try and fix my car and even though i was in my morrisons uniform they didnt hold thay against me. Two genuine lively people who are worth gold. Thank you so much for everything

Shopping experience is good, however it's the smalll details that matter - don't think this will be like Sainsbury's or Asda. You will be denied a trolley if you don't carry cash - mainly £1, whereas most other supermarkets don't require a pound. Had no coins on me and a lot to get and the only other viable solution is to use a baby trolley, with all the looks and judgement from others especially women for using one.
In this day and age, all trolleys should be accessible to everyone regardless of whether they carry cash or not.

I was quite disheartened by the conspicuous absence of fresh seafood, particularly the lamentable lack of clams, for I had eagerly anticipated embellishing my pasta with elegant razor clams, only to resort to pre-packaged smoked salmon, with not a single jar of caviar to be found.

Hey there! I usually don?t write reviews, but I?ve got to give a big shoutout to a lovely lady named Judy.
Judy works at the self-service counter, and I was having a particularly tough time. My little boy wasn?t feeling well, and I was trying to get through the tills as quickly as possible. But guess what? On this day, out of all days, my scanner decided to required a bag check.
Judy was there to help! She had this amazing way with small children, and she was so professional and knowledgeable about how things worked. She got through the bag check process in a flash, and we were able to get on our way with very little fuss.
Judy is an absolute gem of a member of staff, and she?s a truly great person. I can?t thank her enough for her help.

For some reason they are not supplying carrier bags. As if to force you to spend money on their more costly bags. Not everyone can bring bags in.

Now the store has been rearranged it's awful, no logic to how the aisles are organised and unable to find anything. Customers walking around looking glazed as can't find what they want. Don't want to return as so disorganised , don't recommend.

I have an issue where I have been bullied by a manager of Transit Way all started from waiting for tobacco she then shouted abuse to me and got some colleague to join in and then carried on talking about me to a colleague I moved out of eye and she moved into line of sight and since I have been followed by security staff tbh if you want waste there time go for, I'm putting myself in debt as not paying tesco mobile because of the abuse from this one staff member I have tried everything to get help with no joy so cancelling membership, mobile contract and tesco bank bye sorry was good but this issue hasn't been resolved.

Avoid like the plague on a weekend. The car park is gridlocked. Average exit time from car park is 1hr 50 minutes.
