Zero customer service! Had to use this pharmacy 4 times in the last week. You have to queue for at least 20 mins before they even make up the script and then they tell you to queue again to ask for the items. Can they not call your name when it's ready??!!
Had to collect 6 items but they had only prepared 5 as 5 is the maximum on one script and they missed the 2nd script despite being told it was 6 items beforehand. Just so frustrating.
Very disorganised and under resourced.
Not good enough.

Absolutely shocking service.
As many others have mentioned, the process here is incredibly inefficient. I queued for over 30 minutes, only to be told I?d have to wait another 30 minutes for my prescription, even though it had been sent over the day before. Then, once it was finally ready, I had to queue again for another half an hour just to collect it.
I?ve now switched pharmacies. I?ve never experienced delays like this elsewhere. This place is clearly very busy, so it?s baffling that they haven?t staffed appropriately or streamlined the process. Please take urgent steps to improve how this pharmacy is run.

As others have said, queue for 20 mins, to be told that your prescription will be ready in half an hour. You can't go to the front of the queue to collect you have to queue again! I avoid at all costs and use Pharmacy2U, unless I need medication urgently.

Absolutely shocking ,queue for 30 minutes to be told your prescription will be ready to pick up in 30 minutes and then they expect you to queue for another half hour to collect it. Tesco should stick to selling groceries . Think the 30 minute wait thing is just a ploy to get you to spend money in the shop . AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!

Avoid at all costs. Slow and inefficient. They take ages to find prescriptions and the staff are prone to talk too much to customers with no regard for the endless queue. The Well Pharmacy in Southway is a model of how a good pharmacy should work.

Don't even deserve 1 star. Totally inadequate. Pharmacy needs to be closed or get someone to run it who knows what they are doing.

The worst chemist ever. You usually spend 30 mins waiting. Then to find its not ready and will be another 30 mins and that you have to go to the back of the que.
The staff are not bothered that this means you will have spent well over an hour to try to get medication. Worst chemist in Plymouth.

I wish I could give this pharmacy 0 stars. The pharmacists are completely incompetent to a degree that is extremely dangerous when dealing with medication. It needs closing down before someone dies because of it.
