FANTASTIC SERVICE,PURCHASED A CARPET FROM THIS STORE,HAD A PROBLEM AFTER 4 MONTHS,JENNY WAS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC AND ORGANISED A NEW CARPET AND DAMIEN FITTED THE CARPET WHICH IS FAULTLESS.THANK YOU.

Absolutely vile customer service.
Where do I start?
Sold us faulty laminate (even their own fitters told us it’s happened on several occasion and the laminate we’d been sold is no good) so had to wait for 2 weeks with hard concrete flooring with a toddler. No sympathy from the Plymouth store manager.
