I?ve been working for Tamar Homecare for about 5 months now and I must say it is the most amazing and rewarding company I have ever had the pleasure of working for. Admins and everyone in charge takes such care of not only their staff but every client under our care, I never thought I would be in this line of work but this company has changed my mind completely with the respect and love they put into everyone involved, absolutely amazing not only to work for but to just be a part of and get to know such lovely staff and clients.

Been working for this company for 2 months now and already feel like I've been here for years, I absolutely love my job, as a carer it makes me feel so happy that I've got this opportunity to make the elderly and vulnerable people happy and safe, also giving them the care that they need.Tamar homecare makes you feel so much eased and are so supportive, no question is ever a "silly" question, nothing is ever to much trouble either. Tamar Homecare is a fantastic company to work for, they care about their staff and are 100% focused on providing person-centred care.If you?re looking to work in care or looking for a care services to look after your family member then 110% tamar Homecare is the place to be. All the staff are so friendly and bubbly, no one is ever miserable and also are so welcoming. Since I was a little girl I've always wanted to be a carer and here I am working with such an amazing team, I was so anxious at the very start but with the full training and the support of the team I soon became confident and left like I've known all the staff for years. Walking through the clients/service user's door and seeing their smiles on their faces makes my job so satisfying. highly recommend?

I've been working with this company now for 3 years. I was a complete beginner but with training and the support of the team I soon became confident and enjoyed the job much more than I thought I would. Lovely company to work for, great team support, some staff have become very good friends and lovely clients. I am semi retired and keep saying I'm going to give up completely however I keep on working because I enjoy the job so much. Helping others be able to stay in their own homes by caring for them puts a smile on my face. Seeing them smile when you walk through their door. Pure job satisfaction ?. Would recommend Tamar Homecare all the way.

I have worked now for tamar home care for over 12 month it's been brilliant the training is verry good you get the feeling that you are apart of a family of carers all giving there best to help care for people. before this job I was struggling for a job that would give me a sense of belonging and purpose even though I have disabilities my self the mangers never make you feel that you can't a cheave your goals of becoming the best that you can be at what you do. just love the job thanks to everyone working there hope for many more years

I have been working for Tamar since November 2021. I was new to care when i joined. The people at Tamar were unbelievably supportive and helpful, no question was a silly question. There was always someone on hand to help if you were stuck. They offer many different elearning course to help better your knowledge and the chance of progression is incredible. I love this company and can not imagine myself working anywhere else.

I?ve been working for THC for almost three years. The hours suit me as the company operates from 0800-2100 which allows for 11 hours in-between shifts (if you are working on an evening and the following morning). I have children, school and clubs which I am able to manage around my hours. The company have such lovely staff who are all really approachable, supportive and kind. Alongside working for THC in the community I am studying to become an OT, something that this company are fully supportive of!

I'm still overwhelmed by the help and support the company give their staff Such an amazing company to work for and the help and support they provide their staff in need of struggles or for a bit of help. Is what everyone needs :) The staff in office works so hard to try get things done. And work so well in stressful situations. :)
