I have sold a few properties through Swift Estate agents over the past few years. Tessa, Elisha and Nick are all fantastic. They are by far the most proactive and efficient estate agents I?ve used. They work tiredly to market their properties and attract as many interested buyers as possible. Fantastic at viewings and negotiation. The thing that I always find great was their communication to all parties about the progress and stage of each sale agreed. The push the solicitors when needed to speed up the process which always helps.I?d recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent to seek their prosperity

Very professional Estate Agents. Whilst viewing a property the agent was straight to the point, direct and knowledgeable about the property's history (Whilst this seems obvious, we have had many viewings with other Estate agents that simply knew nothing). Thankyou Swift!

I have had some really bad experiences with estate agents in Plymouth but my faith has been restored by Swift. What a great team of ladies. I was always made very welcome when I went into the office and found them very efficient. Viewings were carried out timely and I was kept updated at all times. If I was selling or buying again I would not hesitate to use this company again. Highly recommended, thank you ladies.

It?s all in the name! We looked at the house and fell in love the day it went on the market in February 2018 and we were moving in March 2018. Professional and helpful but so relatable, what a fantastic team you have at Swift. To anyone looking to buy or sell your property I cannot recommend swift enough. We had issues with a well known gas company a couple months in as the previous owner hadn?t settled up with them, we contacted Swift and they had sorted everything for us within a day. Thank you for making our first time buy such a pleasure!!

Nick, Ken, Olivia and most of the team are lovely to deal with, honest and friendly. However our dealing with the sales manager Tessa left us upset, offended and quite frankly speechless. She talks down to me, accused me of not having money to buy the property because some builder said so (even though we have provided proof of funds and our commercial finance was agreed). She hasn't attempted to call us to get an update on the progress of the sale yet supposedly left numerous voicemails (there was one on a Tuesday and I called back on the Wednesday for her to tell me I need to exchange the next day!!) when questioned about the supposed messages and the accusations of lack of contact from us (btw in that time we have viewed the property we are purchasing again with a builder, viewed another property which we also made an offer on and followed it up at least 3 times - but we never call them or keep any contact???). She has been nothing but arrogant, obnoxious and I can say abusive in the way she had dealt with us. As a property investor I can honestly say that I have never been spoken to or treated that way. We now will potentially loose hundreds of pounds we have spent on legals and finance costs because her incompetence will potentially cause us to loose the property we're buying. If it wasn't for Nick and the rest of the team I would avoid this company like the plague but luckily the rest of the team are fantastic - however will never agree to deal with the sales manager again. I'm not the one to leave negative reviews but we have been left speechless and deeply upset and this is not the first time that we have been treated like that by that same person.

We didn't buy through Swift this time but when we were viewing I was shown around some properties by Ken. He's unlike any Estate Agent I've met before. Informed,concise and no waffle. Liked him a lot and we've put Swift in our 'go to' section for when we sell the house in Plymouth.
