I took my two children to get their ears pierced yesterday in the Plymstock store. The lady who carried out the piercings was so lovely and made the whole process calm and fun. When we went to the till to pay the other two ladies were so friendly and lovely, I left the store having had really good customer service. Thank you.

Not the best customer service. Parcel delivered on Tuesday but no email received to say it is ready for collection until 10 minutes after I contacted them and asked. I didn?t have ID when collecting the parcel so the staff member said remember ?my name? to her colleague. Talk about stereo typing someone, she could have just asked me to get ID.

Been visiting this shop for 25 plus years. But recently it has been an uncomfortable and frankly irritating experience. The past three times I've visited I've been insulted by the manager, followed around the store like I'm a well known shop lifter and screamed at by young girl working the aisles. All for looking at 3 pound men's hair products. There isn't a massive selection of men's hair products anyway, the shelves are normally pretty empty.Stop taking yourselves so seriously guy's. It's Superdrug not HM customs.There's obviously something you're discriminating me for, for whatever reason.This is not an acceptable way to treat people.Relax!
