Always got plenty of stock never had any issues with going in and grabbing what I need the Isles are a bit small so if your on a shopping trip best to either leave someone outside with your bags or go there first

Easy to find what I wanted, convenient, quick check-out. No wangling around multiple aisles to guess how someone has organised things (hint to another well/known store). Does the job.

I?ve had enough of this place. My prescription has been sitting there for four days and I?ve been back twice, only to be told the delivery was delayed. When I returned again, the pharmacist hadn?t even shown up ? it was 9:15am, despite the pharmacy being open from 9:00am.
The staff member present was completely unhelpful and dismissive, claiming she couldn?t do anything because she ?didn?t have access to the system? ? despite the fact she works there! Not only was she unhelpful, simply telling me to come back later.
This is not a one-off ? it?s become a regular issue. Too often there is no pharmacist available, and patients are left waiting, wasting time and being treated poorly.
It?s absolutely unacceptable for a healthcare service to operate like this. People rely on their medication and deserve basic respect and professionalism. Superdrug seriously needs to take a long hard look at the management and staffing of this branch ? it?s a disgrace.
Avoid this pharmacy unless you want frustration, delays, and a complete lack of care or basic courtesy.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the threading service I received recently from a staff member named Sita.She was unprofessional and there were two ladies from napal, I was extremely disappointed to hear they both staff members, including Sita, making fun of clients in Nepali language,As I understand the language, I found their behavior rude, unprofessionals, and highly inappropriate in a customer-facing environment.Mostly white people don?t understand Nepali language it?s not nice of making fun of without any reason.The quality of the service was poor and unprofessional. The threading was not done properly - it was uneven, and the area was not cleaned afterward. I also observed unhygienic practices, such as using The used thread was not ripped off after each client, which is highly unhygienic and raises serious health and safety concerns. which is unacceptable.

always had good experiences and good customer service here, wanted to write a review specifically for the woman at the beauty counter though. got my eyebrows threaded for the first time the other day and she was such a gem, very friendly and talked me through and we got it done in about 10 minutes and the results made me feel so much more confident in myself! can't recommend her enough, the services are also pretty reasonably priced and doubly so if you're a student, amazing lot all round ?

I went there to pick up my prescription. I always look at what new things are in on Revolution makeup. As I only buy from them either instore or online. It's beginning to feel like Christmas is around the corner now that the Halloween range is out. I can't wait to start my Christmas shopping soon.

Good selection of stuff and friendly staff. Lady I asked for help was happy to help. They can scan a shelf label to see if there is more stock available at the back. Lucky for me my item was available at the back of the shop and the staff member bought out 3 of them just incase I wanted more than 1. Easy checkout also.

Store was disgusting. Only one person on the till whilst 5 members of staff including the manager stood at the back looking at tiktok. Put my stuff down and went next door to boots.

Awful pharmacy...arrogant, rude and no customer service skills
Awful experience again at Superdrug Pharmacy, New George Street, Plymouth.
Ovi the pharmacist, no customer care or skills re my 82 year old wheelchair bound mums prescriptions.
I will be going elsewhere, this pharmacist is rude, with a huge ego, no humility and needs re training in customer care.
Obviously it's a zero star rating, but had to put one, just to be clear it's not warranted.

I came into superdrug the other day and my experience was absolutely made by Sarah, who was the best and made my day. She was so helpful and lovely that I knew exactly what I was looking for and helped me with things I didn't even realise I needed, but have helped me tremendously!! Thank you so much. Would really recommend.
