I ordered 2 meal deals on uber eats, they gave us 2 of the same sandwich which meant I couldn't eat one. I called them up and explained the situation and they blamed uber eats for them making the wrong sandwich. They wouldn't send out another one in place of it so I contacted uber eats who only refunded me £3.60 which isn't acceptable considering I now have to reorder my food costing £15 with delivery. Absolute joke.

I?ve always loved this subway - a regular stop to grab lunch on my way to the office. I?m currently in Derriford Hospital, last night getting hubby to collect my favourite ?double chicken and bacon salad? and tonight a ?chicken sub?.
The salad was my last ever - around 30% of the normal chicken serving - I stirred through the lovely coronation chicken from my hospital salad and even the loveliness of that didn?t help.
Tonight?s footlong sub was so disappointing - chicken, lettuce, tomato, cheese, cucumber, pickles, red peppers and onions - the filling was barely existent. I love subway, it?s healthy and fresh but this just had nothing to it.
It did have everything ordered technically, but definitely isn?t what I?d have got in store and was incredibly disappointing in flavour and texture.
I?m sad and disappointed that my favourite fast food has been ruined for me ?

Popped in to buy lunch yesterday and was served by two friendly staff. I asked if they offered a vegan alternative to the cheese which they do ( greatly appreciated ). The young lady was very professional and offered to change her gloves etc between sandwiches which I thought was very considerate. I was then served by a young guy who was also very friendly:)

Too slow and Poor Service..The guy on the till didn't say how long they will take to get my ready.. The staff was just laughing and chit chat.. They don't value for time of customer.

I am in the hospital so only across the road from the store, however this is the secound time I?ve order this week and both time my food has came stone cold. First time I thought maybe it was a one off so I?d give them the chance. No! This time aswell! Very annoyed! Also the bread came like it had been frazzled, I asked for it toasted, not burnt. Definitely had been on that counter longer than it should have!
