Working for Steps Ahead these last 4 months has been lovely. For me all staff and management have been very welcoming and accommodating.The care from the staff is very person centred and all teams work together make sure that the care provided is to a high standard.

I propose that you unlock the service users full potential by significantly improving the quality of care provided. I was offered an interview, then was cancelled at last minute, said would reschedule following day , had no response of time etc.... I phoned , to be told casey would contact me , but again no response. Very unprofessional. Avoid

I have just started steps ahead and I have to say that I have had an amazing experience in the recruitment aspect of things. Casey has been extremely helpful and supportive. She is really quick at replying and she is really attentive. She is a massive asset to the company for sure.I look forward to the upcoming weeks, this really does seem like an excellent company to work for.

The CQC rating tells you everything you need to know really! I have worked alongside Steps Ahead Care & Support on various training solutions and they are first class. The whole team are driven to offer the best and most effective care they can, not only for the clients but the families too. Which is something not always encountered in this sector. The support workers are managed effectively and are heard by the busy team in HQ, which I felt first hand when I met with them to deliver MAPA training.Looking forward to more training and working with the team at Steps Ahead.

Steps Ahead are a fabulous company to work for. The office staff are so supportive and always willing to help you in anyway that they can. There is absolutely no pressure in terms of covering shifts as well.I have previously work for private care companies in the past and was apprehensive when I initially joined due to bad experiences. However, I have work for them for almost a year now and having come from an NHS organisation also I was so surprised at how much more supportive Steps ahead are in comparison. Amazing team! I have worked for Steps Ahead Care & Support for over 3 and half years and can happily say its the best company i have ever worked for. Management are caring, helpful and listen to all concerns. The office team are always happy and approachable and the support workers are a wonderful and hard working team! Pays pretty good to which in health and social care is pretty hard to find. Would recommend Steps Ahead to anyone.
