Nothing but good things to say about my experience with Lawrence Brown of Stags. He was incredibly efficient and polite, even replying to my emails in the early hours at the weekends. Unfortunately we were unable to secure the home of our dreams, but this is no reflection on Lawrence's efforts which were exemplary. Would highly recommend his services

Deciding to sell our house in Summer 2023 when the market was volatile demanded that we find an Agent who had an understanding of both property values, and the area where the property was situated. We decided to appoint Stags in Plymouth after meeting the Manager, Nikki Philips, who convinced us that her experience was in line with our expectations. We were not disappointed and soon had three offers made on the property. Nikki helped us to decide which offer to accept and within four months contracts were exchanged and we able to move to our new home in January 2024. Nikki and her team proved their worth as professionals in a challenging market.

Stags did not cancel our appointment when the house we wanted to view had already accepted an offer and we were not informed. Drove 50 mins each way to see the house with my 93 year old father and we were turned away by the occupants. To be fair one of the senior partners did contact me and apologise. - Honestly I do think they should monitor their staff a little better.
