Visited today 16th December, bright and airy shop and good atmosphere. The staff were friendly, kind and super helpful, the person who served us, went above and beyond with my disabled husband, I can't thank him enough.

The woman who served me was miserable as sin. No smile, no hello, no interaction. I asked if they had a product in store. She got it off the shelf, put it in the till and said the price while handing me the card scanner. Then just looked at me....wow! Won't be going back there in a hurry.

Absolutely excellent, all staff are polite, I have very good wind up joking banter with the pharmacist, wanted flu and covid boosters, asked on Thursday, being done Tuesday afternoon, apparently, just for me, he will use javaline technique with a 3 foot long blunt needle!!! Hence 4 stars !!

I cannot rate this pharmacy enough. Excellent customer service, so helpful and accommodating. I have changed my medication on various occasions and called to ask if they stock the request, if they don't they order it in for me - fantastic. Always friendly. They even log my prepayment prescription card so I don't have to show it every time I collect. Excellent 5 star service - thank you. I wish everyone had this level of customer service, would make life easier and a much happier place. Well done.

I have recently transferred my prescription supply from Boots to Springfield. What a difference! Springfield have consistantly supplied and delivered the correct drugs in a timely manner. All the staff are helpful and polite.They even deliver to my home! Brilliant! Thanks.

Picked up a prescription, when I got home realised it was the wrong medication, went straight back and they gave me the correct medication but made me pay again as I had taken the first one out of the shop. Absolutely disgustingThe member of staff who served me was not at all friendly or helpful, it was just tough. So paid for medication which I don?t need

I have always found the staff friendly and the pharmacist is a really helpful man. I have never felt rushed when needing some advice from him. I?ve picked up some good bargains from the shop too.

I was really happy with the Pharmacy until January of this year apparently they have had some staff changes which has meant that they have failed to order my repeat prescriptions when I realised that I had run out of my medication it took a week to get through to them on the telephone when I explained that I had not had a prescription for over two months they did not apologise but agreed to place the order with my surgery only to be told due to not having received an order for my medication l would need to have a review of my medication by the time this took place it was a further 2 weeks before I received my medication. I should have been due another prescription on or around the 3rd of April only to find out that yet again Springfield Pharmacy have not ordered my prescription again so I?ve had 4 months of complete incompetence!
