Depends who serves you....or doesn't.Service is clearly not a priority here.I felt like inwas disturbing the staff.Made me not want to ask again...Will shop elswhere.I understand nobody cares but just thought I'd say.

The selection is generally very large, because this store has everything you can imagine.The only drawback with the football jerseys is that the selection of different sizes is very small, nothing over XL was available and even in size XL there were only a few jerseys.Otherwise it would definitely be 5 stars, because what you get here and the price is really great.

It?s alright. Got a good selection of items. It?s a nightmare getting through the shop though. It?s far too crammed, and not enough space for getting past people.

This place is the absolute dregs of Plymouth. Staffed by the most undertrained youth of today. Went shopping for some high end running shoes, the staff were clueless, new nothing about there products and were more interested in playing with her mobile phone than offer any kind of customer service. I would seriously avoid this shop. They lost a sale of £130 as I bought them online instead. They say use it or lose it, if this is the best they can do, I will be happy to lose it and shop online.

I went in looking for new insoles, I wanted to put them on straight away and Ben was extremely helpful by trimming them for me and also put in my new laces as well. This is the best customer service I received walking in to a store 5/5

The staff here has to doing stock up as well as Customer service, I have looked and walked all over the ground floor, 2 staff is doing stock up the shelves, I stand next to them and try to see if they will give service and the reaction from the staff showing to me that they?re do not want to do any customer service. The staff makes me feel that I have caused him trouble by asking a question.I can remember that one time I purchased a pair of trainers and the staff gave me a good recommendation and show me where the two is and even carry to the till, and it has completely changed now.I took the photograph of the trainers I like and try out the size, not even one Staff is available upstairs, I walked out, wasted my 45 minutes in the store.And I went home order straightaway online, got it the next day.It?s okay to go there and see what do you like and try the size but don?t expect good service.

Great range. Be sure to check the delivery details as they put the most expensive up.I got court out with automatic added £12 next day delivery. It doesn?t show until after paying using Apple Pay.. i still took TWO days.!!!!!!!!!!Very naughty and crafty. !!!!!

Football shirt sale, 22/23 Man U 2nd and 3rd shirt £49??!!! Seriously??? Always expensive shop that does all it can to get money off you. Hardly ever has a wide range of stock per item and you get met with ?order it online? where you have to pay for delivery and even for click and collect, tell the place is owned by Mike Ashley, billionaire scumbag
