Easy to get to and park. The lady who did my eyes was great and when I asked for my pupil distance said easy. The guy at front will bring it up on your records. Went to guy on desk who I paid would not look it up and insisted ( quite abruptly) I contacted armada way. What a jobs worth and marred a good first impression of the shop.

As always friendly and helpful.
Had a problem with my eyes on one of the tests, they made another appointment for me to have a different test to make sure all was ok.
New glasses were ready when they said.
Can't fault them. Have used Specsavers for decades and been going to the Plympton shop since it opened. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Great experience with Specsavers, Marsh Mills. After three weeks of suffering with a horrible double eye infection, the team were able to diagnose the problem quickly and inform me of the products I needed to clear thus up. Am now all better only two days after starting the treatment and have better eye health for it, as this is a condition I can prevent reoccurring in the future.

Great service from start to finish. Needed to have eyes checked for safety and driving. As I thought, sight had changed. New glasses ready to my prescription within 2 weeks. Excellent staff and service.
