Excellent all round service - I was met with a freindly greeting, my pretest and checking was proficient and friendly, the Optician was very professional but friendly, and explained everything as she went through the test, and the aftercare too. We did not have time for me to spend looking at and choosing frames, and I would also like to persue the posibility ofr wearing contact lenses

My visit to Specsavers in Broadway, Plymstock was great from start to finish.
I needed new reading glasses and the staff were fantastic and so caring. I was greeted on arrival and was seen straight away.
My new glasses arrived within a week and are fab as well as being reasonably priced.
I can highly recommend this branch to anybody.

Awful! Long waiting times, prescription was so wrong that glasses gave me a headache within a minute of wearing them. I was offered another eye test to correct, but after sitting for 30 minutes waiting I asked for my money back and left. Never going again, I shall take my money to an independent optician thank you!
