Disgusting bouncer! One of my close friends came into the store with his friends and as they were looking around he stood on a stool to get a better look at the shelf. Instead of being asked to come down the bouncer started to shout at him and his friends, verbally abusing them! The use of language was disgusting and he should really rethink his approach to people. His job is all about keeping people safe when in fact the only danger this spar possess is him! If anything like this happens again best believe I will be calling the police! Change the bouncer before someone gets seriously hurt. DISGUSTING!

What a scumbag bouncer you have working for you i come in shop last night 30/9/23 and told very rudely to take my bas ball cap off because no hats aloud but I've been going that shop with my hat on for the last year as working in town well I will not be using the shop intell he is delt with that's no way to treat customers

Assaulted by shop worker about 17 years ago on the night of the National Firework Championships.I was shopping at the store when I was suddenly and aggressively confronted by one of the workers who accused me of shoplifting. Despite my repeated protests of innocence and requests to search my bags, the worker refused to listen and physically assaulted me in front of other customers.This incident left me feeling humiliated, violated, and traumatized. I am not a thief and I have never stolen anything in my life. The false accusation and physical assault have caused me immense distress and I believe it is unacceptable for any customer to be treated in such a manner. The actions of the worker were completely unjustified and have caused me emotional harm.This event is the catalyst for my PTSD.

I would rate 0 star...as went to store after work to grab few things...accidently somebody bumped into me and I dropped my curry sauce....asked bouncer for blue roll and started giving answers rudely...when I asked him about being rude...he escorted me out of the store forcefully...pushed me with his hands...I did place a police complaint..and the people working there also didn't not say anything ....people really don't care...I don't understand who gives a permission to kick people out of the store...I was not my fault and still he behaved to rashly with me....I m never going to this store again..and if anything like this happens next time....I ll definitely call police....what kind of behaviour is this....how can he push someone. I came out of the store without any stuff.....worst environment...worst service...in entire Plymouth.

Horrible service, went in to buy some wine with my friend and we ended up accidentally dropping the bottle which was completely our fault, went straight to the counter to pay as understood it was on us and was treated very rudely by the bouncer, escorted me outside for doing nothing but trying to pay leaving my friend having a panic attack inside the store, she ended up paying for 3 bottles and only got one back, when she tried to leave was grabbed by the arm by said security guard, leaving her sobbing her eyes, vile service and would give 0 stars if I could

24 hrs store has a great variety of products available for the students. Friendly staff also, parking can be an issue as the Spa is on a main road. I would say it's mainly foot traffic that use this store.

I'm always up at night bored, and when im hungry I always come here. Prices are kind of wavey and the subway isnt open at night but part from that its a 24 hour shop what can you expect.
