Our first and second checkups for our 2 year old have been outstanding. Amazing, patient staff that were great at interacting with our daughter that made it a fun game to check up on teeth. Thank you!

I was very nervous about going to the dentist - I hadn?t been in 4 years (I used to go every 3-6 months before the pandemic). I honestly thought my gums and teeth had gone beyond repair in that time. The dentist who saw me went through my X-rays with me in detail and totally put me at ease. He was fairly sure that the deterioration I had allowed to happen could be contained, and outlined a treatment plan that I was happy with. I came away feeling very positive.

Phoned to see if a dentist could briefly look at my son's (a client) abcsess that had developed over the night before, resulting in a very swollen cheek. Was told to expect a phone call soonest with an answer. Called again nearly 2 hours later to get an update, to be told they were still awaiting a response from the dentists. Another 2 hours passed and phoned again, to not have the call answered with 3 attempts made. Had to call the emergency line to be told it was too late to be seen at 7 trees but thankfully they were open on a Saturday (next day). This resulted in my 6 yr son spending another night swollen and distressed 3 days prior to Christmas. If you couldn't see him, at least have the decency to call and tell me in good time especially when a small child is involved. Not a happy chappy!

Tried to phone dentist 3 times of an afternoon nobody answered,so as I don't live far from Surgery I visited instead, spoke with receptionist explained my problem she filled out a triage form I was told that my Dentist was with a patient for the next half hour but when dentist was free would give me a call back didn't hear by 5-30pm so phoned dentist was told dentist is going to make a decision & I would have a call back the next day by 11am hadn't heard anything so phoned person I spoke with took all details & said dentist was with a patient would speak to him when he had finished, had call back to say I could be seen within the hour during dentist lunch break, explained that I needed an appointment later as I'm a carer for my mother was told that my dentist always see's his patients that time I had already told them the previous day that I would need a late appointment so why wasn't I told that,yet on their website it says late appointments available for patients convenience,?

All of the staff there are so lovely,and all made me feel so at ease going as a first time mum? the dentist we had was so gentle with my girl and even managed to get a few smiles! Thank you for a great first visit.

I have been struggling to get a refund for an appointment which was cancelled by the dental surgery. Communication has been poor.

Denplan fees gone up, yet they have reduced the frequency of our hygienist appointments and only get to see dentist once a year instead of the usual twice a year, hygienist twice a year instead of four times a year.... Oh, and they are very good at cancelling your appointment and moving it further into the year. Don't recognise many of the staff now, as they seem to be forever changing staff.

Had my annual check up in may this year , no problems, until I tried to make another appointment! Because I was NHS with this practice, I could not make another appointment until today, only to be told no more NHS, but can give you an appointment as a private patient as you'll be looking at a ELEVEN YEAR WAIT! ! I asked the question why no NHS, they cannot recruit NHS DENTIST! MORE LIKE GREED GREED GREED! Shame on you as a practice, shame on the government ast here's people who cannot afford private and will suffer! Thanks spa dental for putting GREED OVER PATIENT CARE................

I was removed from being an NHS patient which was disappointing but, understandable.(I wouldn't work for less money either if I could help it)However, they have taken me on as a private patient and tbh, I don't think the prices are too bad.I see a Dentist called Dianne whom I like and trust.

bad costumer service. the accounts team keep emailing out the wrong bills. then you have to call them to cancel but your on holding for 30 mins plus.

Waited months and months for a child dental checkup after the Covid. 3 years after the last dental check up and after few cancellation from them, finally got an appointment at 3:40pm. Got their 6 min late due to traffic. And dentist refused to see. Every time for any appointment we have to wait 20-30 minutes but for 6 mins late was refused even when they could see the child was in school uniform.
