Very polite took time to service the boiler suggested a solution for the small radiator

Came out to my elderly Dad and did no more than turn the tap on to check the ignition was working properly after my Dad had complained it was unreliable. Wouldn't do a service as ' he doesn't do services' and left after 15 minutes. Charged £60. Pathetic, taking advantage of an O.A.P.
