Very helpful staff, I needed a copy of a receipt from over 6 months ago, and the manager Harry found it for me a printed off a copy. I then also bought a larger item and Harry carried it out to my car and popped it in the boot for me. Nothing seemed too much trouble.

Went in to get a car seat for my grandson. Kelly helped me and she was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and she was really knowledgeable. Great sense of humour too ! Credit to the company.

Good selection of toys and games - mostly plastic but that's what they want. Good to be able to search online and check stock before going in. I made the mistake of using "click and collect" but they only keep it for 2 days which I couldn't make so had to wait for a refund.

So earlier in the week I posted a one star review because no one answers the phone at our local store. Not having a car I wanted to speak to someone beforehand and make sure I wouldn?t have a wasted trip. However after several attempts on different days at different times I decided to just take the chance to go into the store with my purchase. I have to say the staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. Definitely a 5 star service which I would love to give but only giving 4 stars due to them never answering the phone.

We visited Plymouth smyths store and was helped by Kelly with choosing which pushchair/pram and car seat would be right for us, my husband was very much into the size of the wheels etc. Kelly was completely professional and amazing attitude to detail.. with us considering she was probably wanting to crease with laugher at him.. We ended purchasing a zommi so thankyou Kelly for all your help will see you in December to introduce you to our little one xx

Awesome shop layout. Makes the kids faces light up with joy. Got everything you can imagine. Kelly was exceptionally helpful with a can do attitude made my experience much easier in the busy store. Free parking, could do with a few more parent and small child spaces but I guess it?s not their carpark.

I found the staff are always helpful. I purchased a rollplay ride on car for my grandson. I had problems assembling it, The snap pins were very stiff,I took the car in and Dan O help with assembling the wheels.

Just wanted playsand for our lizards, and bang 30kg of sand for less than £6. While the interaction was short, the person who helped us find it (we walked right past it oops) was really nice. I am so sorry I don't remember your name, I hope these pictures of said lizards is an acceptable apology. You made two little guys very happy!

There's a huge selection of toys and games here for all ages. The store is well laid out and it's really easy to find what you are looking for. There is free carparking and it's easy to access.
