Such an amazing company to work for. Have worked for another agency previously and Smeaton is by far the best.All the office staff are so supportive and approachable. They offer support whenever needed and are very understanding.Couldn't imagine working anywhere else.

I have worked with Smeaton for nearly a year and I'm so glad I made the decision to move over! The care homes we go to are amazing to work in, staff are supportive and helpful, our office staff are always there to help whenever u need them, fantastic opportunities aswell. I've already stepped up in my career and started ny NVQ Level 3.I honestly couldn't recommend coming to work for Smeaton. They also pro ide a driving service for homes outside Plymouth. They do incentives like Carer of the month where u can win amazing prizes. Best decision I made.
