My family and I visited size? in Plymouth yesterday. My son wears a size 12, however he left with a pair of trainers he loved. My daughter also found trainers she had been looking for for a long time and they were a good deal. Thank you for your service.

Purchased & told be delivered next day but royal mail says 3 days later,why say next day when you know different?it doesn't matter i just prefer honesty,still not received my parcel 27/11/2024

They apparently can?t work out UK vs US sizing when selling from a UK website. Wrong size sent 3 times. Poor customer service throughout. I was told on several occasions they would contact the warehouse to resolve the issue. The 4th pair I ordered were cancelled. Despite being instructed the issue had been escalated (on two occasions) and at least three customer service reps ?looking into this personally? I am still left without the product I have ordered with no resolution.

The customer service is shocking I received the wrong trainers so I emailed them they sent an automated response that took me to a FAQ which didn't help then I uploaded a review which finally customer service team response to asking me for details which I emailed them then after a week of waiting for a response and them getting my name wrong I updated my review and once again I got customer service email me this time asking for photos so I took the photos and a screenshot of my order and sent it to them and they still haven't responded and that was 10 days ago now.

This place is great, sometimes there stock isn?t the biggest and sizes can go quite quickly. But they have good sales and competitive prices. I always get my trainers here and will continue to.
