“I had to drive around a little to find the disabled parking, as it wasn't outside the front. When I found it, it was around the side of the building, but to the back of it, which horrified me because of the walk to the entrance. However, great news, there was a side entrance too! Shame there aren't any trolleys, as I might have bought more then and some items are larger, plus it helps me to lean on a trolley with my disabilities. Staff were friendly and helpful.”

“The staff at the Superdry Store in Plymouth are really lovely. I always have a really good experience when I go in - they are friendly and always helpful and take time to talk to you. I buy a lot of Superdry clothing because of the quality and feel, I shop online quite a lot, but return items in store. I have some health difficulties and have a sensory issue to noise which can make it difficult with background music. So I tend to shop when it is quieter in the shopping mall. When I returned an item yesterday the young lady who served me remembered who I was and turned the music down for me whilst she served me.... I was blown away by this, and so very grateful. She deserves a medal. It is not often that you come across a staff member who will remember and take this kind of initiative, without being asked, she is an asset to the store. I have no idea of her name but she was working on Wednesday 7th at about 5pm on the ground floor. Staff like this young lady are valuable to a store as they are promoting inclusivity which at the moment is very precious as there is a lot of exclusivity from large chains, due to the restrictions in place. The store is welcoming and friendly so thank you for being a big chain who are inclusive in this way! xxx”

“Wow. What a great experience. Having been a chef for 30 odd years. I was expecting a wham bam then you mam attitude. As they where understaffed. How was I wrong. The host, waitress and all together super hero. Controlled the whole floor and flow of a very busy falf term Monday afternoon in a very busy Drake's Circus shopping centre. The chef where all calm and worked well with communicating with each other and backing up (super hero Kelly). Even when we where waiting in a decent sized line of people. She had time to patience to answer my questions and even hold a table for me, my daughter and her friend who we where treating as it was her birthday week.So please thank and reward all the staff that worked very hard to produce very good standards of food and especially service.True regards. “A huge thank you to Oxfam at Mutley Plain for reducing the costs of some clothes for a family that lost everything in a house fire in Tavistock recently... I have managed to get four full carrier bags of clothes and toys from Oxfam and also from the other charity shops in Mutley Plain. Thank you :)”

“This charity shop is small but has an amazing selection of treasures inside. You can find anything from the classic old clothes to make up your retro wardrobe or brand new items of clothing that are just a lot cheaper than you would find in any normal shop. This shop also stocks new jewellery and woolly hats etc that I presume are made by patrons of the charity or local people but are of a very high standard and would make a perfect little gift for someone!! This is well worth a look if you ever pass this point of town.”
