“Extremely quick service although slightly annoyed…was asked if I wished one key to be cut at £9.00 or two for £13.50, I stated one. However upon paying (contactless payment, whilst the member of staff kept hold of the machine therefore couldn’t see what he entered) was actually charged £13.50 after reviewing my bank. Payed no intention to the receipt as obviously I stated ‘one key’ and you just assume / trust it was entered correctly.Never mind, decent guy and obviously (hopefully) a genuine mistake.”
