Pressure selling, I brought 2 x sofas all singing ones , was told British made!! In the far East of Europe!!! Sofas stuck the other side of the red sea, now being delivered after 5th February asking for a full refund was told I can't!! I'm the customer. Been missing sold product now we sitting on floor till February. Do not buy from this firm once you pay deposit your stuck@!!

From start to finish, the service we received was second to none.The sofas are also of high quality. They are easy to contact if there is a problem with the delivery date and anything else about the items. I strongly recommend it for the above reasons and of course the friendly behaviour of the staff who patiently give the necessary information to the buyers. The delivery staff was also very friendly and delivered our items well. We are still waiting for our dining table.Thank you so much ? ?

We went here to try out a sofa or two that we had seen online. The assistant was very amenable and knowledgeable and her recommendations were good HOWEVER when we got home and tried to order online the site would not accept our email. Despite adding it every time it said; "This is a mandatory field" and refused to accept it. After an hour of trying to push the order thru we gave up and went to DFS.

We visited ScS in Coypool, Plymouth after doing extensive research online on a suitable sofa and chair for our new home. We had narrowed it down to a choice of three. Mark met us as we started to browse and listened to our requirements and guided us around the store in a very professional manner, explaining the plus points and disadvantages of our choices. He was very unobtrusive and left us to try each of the choices we have made. The choice in store was wide and varied and very competitively priced. We then were shown the Caswell 3 Seater Lazy Boy, in a colour we wanted with a matching single chair. With no pressure applied by the salesman we tried to reclining option and suddenly it was a very affordable option. We gave it a short period for consideration and the rang back and confirmed the sale. We were given a delivery date of approximately 2 weeks which ticked all our boxes. All in all I would say it was a great experience, stress free, friendly and ultimately rewarding. Thank you.

Came in to browse, which we said to the sales person on entry. We were constantly followed around the store and interrupted mid conversation. In the end it got too much and so we left to shop elsewhere.

Awful Company to get a sofa from. Passed to worker to worker who didn't pass along information needed such as the sofa facing the right way. Never got told to check the email and never signed it. Delivery guys wouldn?t take it back after stating it was wrong. Awful company to get hold off on the phone. Useless at emails. Wouldn?t recommend anyone to buy from these.Jack is his name who we dealt with. USELESS

The quality of our sofas and carpets are fantastic but there has been a lot of errors along the way. We dealt with a gentleman called Jack in the Plymouth store who was very helpful but that's as far as it goes with the customer service being good. SCS supposedly arranged for someone to come to the house we were purchasing at the time to do the measurements but on the night before it was happening I received a call from them to confirm details but they had the wrong address and also didn't know that we didn't live at the property at the time. As a customer I had to then organise for the measurements to be done when this shouldn't have been the case. The second issue we had was the quality of the carpet in our main bedroom. Where the stitching had stopped it had left a line going right through to the other side. A bit disappointing considering the amount we are paying for this carpet. Thirdly when our sofas were delivered the delivery men said they couldn't get it through our average size door frame and left it in the hallway for us to deal with! Their advice was to either take out our bay window to get it in or send it back and get it taken apart for £150. Once they had left my partner twisted it a different angle and got it through with ease. Not happy at all with this service and all we get is an apology when we called up to complain. As a whole, this has been shocking service and I won't be buying from SCS ever again.
