This has to be the worst Screwfix I have ever visited, talk about staff who dont want to be there, just standing around, I walked in the other day to pick up and order, there was me and one other customer who was already being served. A memebr of staff walked past me three times, and did not even acknowledge me. The other customer left then the staff member serving him wandered off and started having a conversation about what he was doind after work. Eventually after waiting for 10 minutes I got served, but it seemed like it was such an inconvenience dealing withe public. If you take a job in customer service, expect to deal with people. I will avoid using this branch where possible.

Amazing staff, always friendly, polite and go above the call of duty. Charlotte and Pearl on the trade counter are so helpful.

Usually have everything i need in stock. Staff are very helpful. The separate trade area really helps to get in, collect, and get out quicker.

Always very well stocked so getting bits and bobs for the house or for work is easy.
All the staff at screwfix Exeter street are extremely kind, helpful and cheery.
Special shoutout to Mark who is always on top form. Mark always makes sure I have been served or if I am checked in, and always brings out my items very promptly with a smile.
Great to have the free coffee and doughnuts on a Wednesday at the trade counter.
Always ample parking which is great as well.

Generally only use this for click and collect, they tend to have most of the items in stock compared to other providers. The ordered items are notified that they are ready for collection very promptly.

Screwfix store located on Exeter Street in Plymouth and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the friendly staff. The store was well-organized and everything was easy to find. I was impressed by the wide range of products available, from tools and hardware to plumbing and electrical supplies. The prices were also very competitive, making it a one-stop shop for all my DIY needs. What really stood out to me was the knowledgeable and helpful staff. They were able to answer all my questions and even offer suggestions for alternative products.

Imagine not selling me the item I purchased via your website? Imagine it. Imagine not selling me the hammer I need to put a shelf up in the bathroom. Imagine that!!! Because you feel I am a danger with a hammer? Imagine not selling a bloody hammer to me and now no shelf in the bathroom. Where is loo roll gonna go now? Morons.
