I also appreciated the efficiency of the checkout process. The cashiers were quick and efficient, and the queues moved swiftly. I was pleasantly surprised to see that there were dedicated lanes for customers with only a few items, making it easier for those who were in a rush. The staff at the checkouts were also friendly and engaged in small talk, making the whole experience more personable.

Lovely member of staff went through the cage of sandwiches she was putting out to find me a Cheese & Onion that I fancied. Made my day that sandwich did.

I just want to say thank you to a member of staff working at the Ebrington street branch. I have a disorder that means I suffer with pain and I normally don?t manage to go shopping myself. My husband just got out of hospital and I needed to get some stuff for the children?s packed lunches, so had no choice but to go. I was as always in my own little world and just trying to make it quick and manage my anxiety of being out. Then this lovely member of staff came down the isle with an empty basket and said ?let me give you this and I will take the full basket to the till? I was so grateful and a little taken back. She said she noticed I was struggling and in pain and felt she needed to ask if she could help. That young lady had no idea of the extent she helped, it was more than carrying my basket, it helped me to see that being out of the house isn?t as scary when you meet people like that. THANK YOU Suzanne (sorry if I misspelled your name) xxxx
