Jordan Swift was excellent. Not at all pushy, nothing seemed too much trouble, friendly and helpful. When we first visited there seemed to be a lot going on but Jordan dealt with everything efficency and with a calm demeanour. An asset to the business.

Would have been a 5 star review if only the new super duper electronic check in procedure was quicker to fill out, it was slower than the old system, hey that?s progress I suppose! Everything else was fine.

Had my car for a week, girl on desk told me i couldn't take their courtesy car out of Devon, even though I live in Cornwall. They had no clue when my car would be ready, everyone I spoke to gave a different time frame, they didn't clean my car either which I believed was standard. All in all pretty poor!!
