I was absolutely delighted to pick up my ring today which had been reconstructed due to a chunk that had come away. This ring means such a lot to me as I had inherited it from my grandmother and worn it every day since she passed and which had been especially designed for her by my grandfather. When I saw the professional craftsmanship that had been used to restore this precious item and how beautiful it had been cleaned and how the stones had been carefully chosen to blend in with the rest of the ring, I was totally overcome with emotion. Thank you so very much for enabling me to wear this special ring once more. ???

I took two inherited rings to be sized down. One ring also was in need of repair due to the claws springing open. Both rings are old and of huge sentimental value.The repair and reduced sizes have left the rings looking absolutely stunning. I'm delighted. The customer service I received was excellent. Such lovely, professional staff who listened and understood my needs. I would not hesitate in recommending the Robins Brothers. Thank you.

Had a fantastic experience with Robins Brothers. They remade a family ring with lots of sentimental value into a beautiful engagement ring. Following a successful proposal, they hand engraved the coordinates of the proposal site on the inside of the ring. Staff were kind and communicated well throughout. Will definitely be going to Robins Brothers again.

I was devastated when when my claws broke and diamond fell out of my engagement ring. Luckily I found it!! Went in and saw Michelle with regards to having it fixed. Have just picked it up and I am over the moon with result. My ring looks brand new!! Thankyou to Michelle and to Robins Brothers. Fantastic service. Highley Recommend.

Purchased a white gold wedding ring for Christmas, do given on Christmas day, roughly 5 days later the ring was scratched uniformly around the centre, even though the ring wearer hadn't been out of the house went into the store where 1 staff member stated they would recoat and polish as a goodwill gesture on this occasion, after this was done and ring collected, less than 5 hours of being worn, yet again scratched, my old wedding ring of 20 years was in better condition, emailed the store and received no response from them at all, you don't expect something costing do much to scratch like a £20 ring of holiday, very dissapointed not only in the product but the attitude of the staff.

My wife visited Robin Brothers in Plymouth to see if they could rectify a very poor repair to a White Gold necklace that had been carried out by a jeweller in Plympton. They were so helpful and carried out a perfect repair. I have no hesitation in saying the customer service and skill of their workshop is second to none. My wife thought the necklace was beyond repair and would end up being sold for its scrap value. Thank you so much !

Nothing is ever too much trouble in this jewellers . Friendly staff who are always willing to give time to discuss your needs. I have several pieces of jewellery from here and would highly recommend them. Brilliant at repairs and making new from old.
