Jake one Of the store members was so incredibly helpful in helping me find the garment I was looking for. He went out of his way to take the piece from the mannequin display for me. I absolutely loved it!

I was ripped off in this store! I went to Plymouth as a tourist I wanted to buy 2bags from this store I gave the lady £80 but she entered like I gave her only £40 when i said so she denied and asked her manager to check CCTV he decided too without even showing me.
I had to contact their costumers service when they checked they found that I was right and asked me to go back to the store to get the money back but I already left.
I asked for a bank transfer or a voucher and never heard back from them.
Its just another way of theft
