Prestige Nursing Plymouth have been caring for my elderly parents for the last 8 months and we are very happy with their service. It's very important for my parents and myself to have trust in their carers. And my parents carer, Sandra goes beyond her duties to make sure my Mum and Dad are comfortable. If there are any concerns about their well being, it will be communicated to me immediately. This is vital for me as I live a away from my Mum and Dad.Prestige Nursing - Plymouth has a CQC rating as 'outstanding' - I agree.

Since I started work at Prestige 6 months ago I have had a huge amount of support and help from everyone. Emma is a fantastic manager and the professional carers go above and beyond to make sure that our clients have the best quality of life.My role involves getting out and about meeting our clients and carrying out supervisions.I truly believe that Prestige deserves every aspect of our outstanding cqc rating.

From the very first phone call I made to Prestige, Emma and the whole team has far exceeded my expectations of what I believed I could reasonably expect from this sector. It's no exaggeration to say, that my father is still alive thanks to their professionalism, care and genuine love for other humans.They went above and beyond the call of duty and ensured that my father got the immediate care and support that he required.My father has a very complicated mix of various physical and mental health conditions - and because of covid tier restrictions I was unable to be present in person. The visiting nurse (the excellent Kelly Jackson!) built instant rapport with him and her assessment and urgent referral led to his life being saved. They were my eyes and ears in what was a very stressful time for me.Here is an example of how their work is obviously more than 'just a job' to them- Kelly who first assessed my Dad woke up with him still on her mind. As she went about her extremely busy day of work she realised she would be passing where he lives. She popped in with a pasty and a cake for him and made his day. Kelly is 100% responsible for changing my dads previously hostile attitude to receiving care . I cannot thank them or recommend them highly enough - and I owe Kelly more than just a pasty and a cake.

I work within the Prestige Branch as the Field Care Supervisor.I have had some really poor experiences of care companies in the past, so I was nervous to join another Branch. Wow! I was supported by all of the amazing Branch staff and the lovely members and clients from the second I started. I am so proud to work for Prestige, the team within the Branch are so supportive, caring and attentive. The members are all so warm and caring and I can honestly say they are a wonderful group of people. I would always want to work with carers that I would feel happy to care for my loved ones. I have absolutely no doubt that the care and support given is above amazing! The training and support we are all offered from the word go is really outstanding. I enjoy being able to meet the clients and ensure that they are supported with their needs to the highest standard. I cannot recommend Prestige enough!

I recently started within Prestige Plymouth Branch this year as a Care Planner, having worked in the care industry for almost 11 years Prestige have been the most supportive and rewarding company to be apart of, from the Branch staff to the members and clients have truly been amazing from the moment i had my interview. I am so proud to work for Prestige, the team as a whole are so supportive, caring and attentive and go above and beyond with everything. The care and support provided by the Manager and branch staff and members to the clients is outstanding and i am truly proud to work for such a dedicated caring Team.

I have worked for Prestige for the past 2 years whilst studying at university. I can honestly say that as an agency member of staff I have the freedom to fit my shifts around my studies. The training that is provided is second to none and the support from the office staff especially the manager Emma is phenomenal. I feel at home with Prestige and am witness to the excellent care that is provided to all clients, whether in care homes or in the clients own home.

I started working for Prestige about 6 weeks ago. I found the recruitment process to be really easy going and everyone was very helpful and pleasant. I get contacted plenty for shifts, however I never feel pressured or obligated to accept them. I feel my health and wellbeing matters to Prestige, and I'm always treated with trust and respect. I would recommend working here to anyone looking for somewhere that really is reliable, flexible and decent to their employees.

I've returned to prestige and worked with the wonderful team for over a year now. Such a caring rewarding agency that I've ever worked for. The office staff are amazing has helped me grow into the carer and more that I though id ever be, thank you to the office staff and the nurse who trained us all up to be amazing carers.I do a job im in love with which also works around my family life couldn't ask for anything else ?

I joined Prestige May 2019.As a carer leaving Domcare and into residential then coming back to domcare .Prestige are really good to work for minimum 1 hour call and you get travel time which a lot of agency don?t give . They also make you feel you are a valued member of staff .
